CBC just transitioned the COO/President management of the company to Jimmy Goodmon jr, son of the CEO Jim Goodmon-a North Carolina visionary icon. Jimmy jr has the attention span of a nat. He has literally taken an ax to his family business with his uncontrollable madman management style. He is known to berate managers and sales people in particular. The TV business is imploding and unfortunately the cash cow of WRAL will dry up. This is no longer the company you could join and have a long career. It’s now churn and burn at low pay.
