Capitol was a wonderful place to work for. It's cliche, but it really felt like a family business. No one was just a number.

Due to the nature of the work, you have to be willing to work pretty early in many cases - which might be a negative for some.

Lots of things to learn. Good benefits. Pretty easy going. Nice offices. Seems to be a good level of community involvement.

It is controlled by a bunch of good old boys, if you aren't one of them it may be hard to advance. Some of them don't treat the female or minority employees very well, but they are making progress. Some significant building decisions don't seem to be very well thought out for future implications.
