Pay and benefits were good. Great vacation policies, assuming you were allowed to take the time off.

"We hold ourselves accountable". What that translates to is a whole bunch of finger pointing. The management folks walk away smelling like a rose while the lower level folks are left hanging in the wind. The company also tends to have a knee jerk reaction to everything. Very poorly managed and a very dumbed down corporate culture.
