Unsupportive, disengaged leadership who continue to cut resources and then place blame on their teams for missing deadlines/not meeting goals with reduced teams. Incredibly toxic culture with many toxic leaders who have NO senior leadership oversight/engagement. Micro-aggressions and harassment are rampant with little to no HR engagement or action.
