Very smart peers. Business folks are also very smart. Only reason I still work here is the quality of the work force. Good benefits and overall work environment. very good training resources. Good technology exposure throughout the stack.
Cons
very aggressive agenda and timelines Work life balance non existent in many cases. Aggressive plan for employee involuntary attrition (10-12% every year).. regardless of intake of people. hoping to make up for it by hiring folks who are extremely difficult to find. Extremely competitive workplace even though its not made obvious employees are self focused and hesitant to share knowledge due to aggressive performance management agenda introduced by management. Very difficult to get information and co-operation even from peers.
