Was told I'd be brought on full time and given paperwork to sign, was let go that following day. Was not told what my salary would be. I imagine that me asking what it would be had something to do with it. You will spend months by yourself doing IT so they can save money then they will bring in more people and promptly get rid of you or them. They only want someone who says yes when they ask your opinion. They assume there is not enough work when there is too much and will constantly try to bombard you with requests. Will take advantage of you at every turn. There is nowhere for an IT person to move up, they have been talking about a new position for years apparently. They don't care how well you can do the job they just want you to talk to them and hang out after work. They are another one of those companies that feels like IT doesn't make money so you shouldn't spend any on them. The Memphis half of the company is constantly trying to take over, much to the detriment of the company.
