Toxic work environment created by narcissistic management. No flexibility and no work life balance. Negativity from manager when time off is needed to care for child/ren or need a day off for vacation or holiday. Retaliation and manipulation from management. Abuse of power used is often. Can’t take off work certain days of the month or around holidays and not disclosed in the interview process.
