Lots of great services for members, coworkers are great depending on where you work
Cons
Low pay for front line staff. Management does not care to show any appreciation if you are front line staff. They consistently brush off issues and make excuses when their employees bring up in their engagement surveys; this is only made worse by the fact that they claim your opinion matters to them. Management wants their front line staff to stay quiet and not ask questions. Once they started bringing in outside management hires, I think trust between employees and management began to deteriorate since these positions were not offered to employees.
