This place completely lies in their job description. This is door to door sales for Direct Energy. They didn’t warn us AT ALL that we were going into the field, so all the new employees were dressed in business professional clothes walking door to door for 6 hours with their mentors. Still have scars on my feet from my shoes!! They lure you in with the opportunity to make money but then throw you out into the field on day 2. LONG HOURS sometimes over 10 hour days. No base rate at all, only commission.
