      Pros

      Ok starting pay. That is about it. They hire in new ppl at the same if not higher pay rate which is frustrating to find out.

      Cons

      Raises and bonuses are lacking compared to competitors in the industry. The program property boss which is used on site is very out dated

      Pros

      Wonderful CEO and some great corporate employees.

      Cons

      Little to no training. The VP will communicate something and then the Regional contradicts everything she said and the managers are left to take the blame and its not seen by corporate.
