      - Go-to Attitude from top to bottom; everyone is approachable - Transparent work culture - New and exciting opportunities - Leadership encourages and trusts you to go out, be audacious and put in your best effort; No micromanagement - Commendable the way Covid situation was managed - Good opportunity to learn and work with the talented Product/tech and Customer success teams

      Till early last year, the focus was shorter-term, and hence for a couple of years before that there have been organizational changes every 6 months, however, this has helped the company to move in the right direction and towards longer-term goals now. Having said this, the company has been constantly evolving and now a g ood longer term strategy is in place

      Everyday a coworker is not fired is a good day Official travel policy is to have employees share hotel rooms Question of saving money or doing the right thing - you already know the answer.

      US based employees are only as needed When sales slip, US based employees are fired Indians believe they only know how to run a company successful
