10/10 - Software Engineer Caphyon Employee Review

Relaxing environment, gaming room. I've meet some cool people there.

The company itself lacks structure in leadership, and is poorly organized. Because of that often times you are required to do tasks that are not your responsibility. Other times your supervisor will ask teams to do pro-bono overtime because the project was not very well defined in the first place and something new 'came up'. They also have interns and less experienced employees with part-time contracts which end up being unhappy with the amount of work that they are asked to do after the trial period (3 months).

You can really grow if you're just starting in the software world.

Depressing atmosphere. Lack of vision and leadership. Childish behaviors. Usually you get micromanaged and sometimes you have no idea what you should do next.
