- Insanely big focus on internal work that is not super value adding
- Sales model is confusing and creates cannibalistic internal competition
- Slow progression / focus on time served
- Country-level silos / lack of standardisation and global offerings
- Big bench at times which limits ability to choose projects you are interested in
- Lots of uninteresting work (e.g. resource augmentation type)
- Long projects you can't get off of (1-2 years)
- Mid exit opportunities
I would not recommend this company to all of my friends
