      Pros

      Excellent work culture, timings are flexible depending on project, very good policies for women employees.

      Cons

      Relocation policies are not good, salary hikes and increments are not good. Management and immediate leaders are not skilled and lot of politics between teams. HR teams from Mumbai are very rude they think they are the owner of company, they demanded money before release experience letter, post resignation. Promotions are unnecessarily delayed.

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Cons

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
