Closest managers and teams have good relationships, a lot of freedom is given (even though sometimes that is due to lack of strategy)
Cons
Leadership lacks integrity and vision, they are only interested in their own career trajectory and will always put themselves first before the employees. There is a culture of silence and running away from solving problems, and not taking responsibility as leaders should.
