Pros
Here you have to work hard and usually more than 9 hours per day. Promotion are not so frequent but iyou can have, more or less, a salary increase every 2 year. As benefit you can have phone and every-day lunch.
Cons
The big challenge is to be a consultant and like this kind of life. You have to work hard and, considering how much you work, the salary is not so high. The good thing is that here you can grow understanding how to work and Altran usually propose a lot of internal courses in order to obtain new skill.
