-I good some very good opportunities here -you get to work on new technologies/protocols time and again -bi-annual bonus payout. It is a part of our salary itself but feels good when u get more salary
Cons
-at times the work-life balance gets distorted -for some projectes...people are asked to stretch much more than what we are asked to fill up in the timesheets
