      Modern management style. Flexible working hours. Good, competitive salary. Regular company social events. Possibility to move between company sites in various countries.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from management. Hiring too many staff too fast and then having to let them go. Relying on one major customer.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
