It's important to us that our employees have the opportunity to maintain a healthy work-life balance. We also acknowledge your concerns regarding the travel distance to work and the lack of salary hikes.
We understand your concern. However, the evaluation for year-end compensation is in accordance with the current economic scenario, benchmarking with peer groups, and looking into internal data points such as parity and performance. Not all employees will receive the same increment post applying the criteria, which is validated with business before implementation. We request you to get in touch with your people manager and/or pay plan manager (PPM) to get more clarity on the same.
