Security Managers now report to service delivery which is a dangerous conflict of interest. Middle level management has a high turn over rate, combined with a failure to promote from within. Capgemini's vision is to make money and that is the extent of it. There is constant pressure on Security Managers to sell. They have a great values system which is primarily only a marketing tool. Salaries and bonuses do not reflect the market place.
