At times it can happen to work with really exceptional colleagues. Great place for starting the career, as you will gain a lot of experience on the "soft skills " side.
Cons
Minimal training, lack of vision and feeling forthe market. No respect for personal time. A step behind competitors in consulting services. Big turnover.
