Pros
If you are technically sound and luckily into a good project then u have opportunity for travel. Good and reputed client's. At-least you are assured of 100% variable if you are a average performer. You can approach your staffing for good projects but that would need lots of begging for release from your current project.
Cons
Like every MNC's Freshers are forced into either some non technical project or some support project. Appraisal are always normal. If they find that their bench strength is more then staffing will always try n convince north Indian people for opportunity in Chennai and if they disagree they will raise PIP
