Big Brand to add in resume, Work environment is good Ontime Salary
Cons
Poor Appraisals below the level of company. HR started degrading the policies & no control of the higher management over it. Longer working hours to 9.5 No direct approach to HR & Finance team, no clarity in salary structure. Moving out of MNC categories due to their wrong policies. Company Transport is worst & Costly. (BEST is better than this.)
