      Very modern work environment. Good starting salary. Transparency. Very pleasant people. Relaxed Environment. Multiple opportunities to enhance skills/knowledge. Good management.

      Cons

      Big organization, so there is a bit of excessive bureaucracy - but this cannot be avoided on a large scale such as this. None others as of yet.
