Working at an ODC for Capgemini India - Software Engineer Capgemini Employee Review

More a con for the project I was working on rather than a con for working in Capgemini itself. The project was rather dull, the employees didn't have much to do in day to day life. Spent more time in the canteen than in the office in a typical shift, as there was nothing productive to do. Although the seniors taught me a lot about the work, there wasn't much in way of actual work to use what I had learned form my seniors.
