The company only provides 10 hours of PTO per month. The pay period varies from 80, 88, to 96 hours. There is no compensation for a 45-minute to 60-minute commute. There is too much work for little pay. The pay is $83K; however, based on the workload, the pay should start at $105K-$110K.
