I resigned last week - CMT Cape Albeon Employee Review

Cape Albeon is a fun place to work. Management goes out of their way to be creative in showing appreciation for everyone’s work. It was very obvious during the pandemic. They are also very flexible and understanding when it comes to having a good balance between work and home life.

The pay could be better and the health insurance keeps increasing in costs with less coverage. They also reduced our PTO by two weeks per year. Compensation and benefits could use a thorough review.

Food is good, get long breaks

Gross kitchen, poor management & lots of immature employees
