Challenging role - Recruitment Consultant Capax Resource Management Employee Review

The team is very supportive. The managers are always around to help you whether it to answer work related queries or for a general chat. The office is a very fun buzzy environment. I have felt very welcomed and at home at Capax and genuinely enjoy working here!

Nothing springs to mind! My hours as an admin assistant are very good and the company are flexible to work from home. The hours are a lot longer for the search consultants

I feel obliged to write a post because of the negative statements that have come up. I have never experienced any of the targeted comments. It seems a real shame that these things still keep coming up from last year. I do not know what it was like before but there is definitely no drug culture, the management has changed a lot over the last 6 months and they are all very supportive, we are heavily rewarded for any billing we do. It is a really collaborative place to work.

I am writing this review because I really care about the company. It is a shame that the negative comments keep coming up from what seems like the same person/people, nobody in the current business or from the last 6 months would share any of these thoughts.
