Flexible schedule. It is easy to pick up hours. Once you learn the work, it is easy.
Cons
Management will try to give you too many cases where you feel overloaded and overwhelmed. The training is very unorganized and unclear at the beginning. They will try to take advantage of you if you're known to pick up more clients by adding more to your load.
