4yThank you for taking time to write a review. Your review makes me sad, because I imagine your time with us this past 1-2 years means you have been remote, likely 100% since you started with us. I am struck by the disconnect in your feedback versus the heart and reality of CapTech’s care and culture. It is a concerning reality, because remote work means that our CapTechers who are not proactively engaging are not experiencing our true culture. The strength of our culture is our people. The pandemic has made this incredibly challenging, and it is our #1 challenge to resolve. With the launching of our new Leadership Councils, our People Council is focused on solutions that drive our CapTech care, connectivity, and culture out to ALL CapTechers, even those 100% remote. Everyone needs to feel how much they matter to us. You are here at CapTech because we hired you to be part of the CapTech team. I encourage you to plug in with more events across the organization to help build connections. You can also reach out to the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Council, and join any of the Employee Resource Groups for more in-depth connections, and to get involved in helping make improvements where you find they are needed. It’s also important to me to hear more about your experiences to encourage you and escalate any issues where needed.
