I was worried going into the consulting world about a work-life balance and the demands of clients, however, everyone is on the same page and wants to do good work and have a great life outside of work. Not passionate about staying in Richmond? Join one of our many national offices and get a new experience...like I said, opportunities seem endless. The organization is flat, there's no one too high up to have a conversation with! Everyone I've worked with is smart and motivated and hard work IS recognized. ALSO, benefits are getting better everyday. The maternity leave policy was just changed to 12 weeks, full-pay, full-benefits! I've been here for a year and a half and don't plan on making any changes anytime soon!
