      Pros

      Good company with pleasant atmosphere. A lot of newcomers and new initiatives with the new CEO.

      Cons

      A lot of personnel turnover since new CEO came in 2017. As with any PE firm, career track may not be obvious.

      Interesting company when it comes to the investment spectrum and AuM - given that the company is in Finland

      Cons

      Poor atmosphere, the tasks were not too interesting.

      Pros

      Good compensation and nice office. Entrepreneurial culture.

      Cons

      Co-workers made fun of my Scottish accent and poor Finnish skills. Things escalated when they found my daughter's dance videos on TikTok and started gossiping behind my back. I got enough when they posted one of the videos on the company's intranet. How dare they disrespect me like that.
