A woman from HR sourced me from LinkedIn for an opportunity that was available. I was actively searching and was impressed by the hospitable and detailed response I received. She reviewed my resume right away and sent it to the hiring manager. Throughout the process she consistently gave proactive updates and was transparent. You can tell that she really felt a connection with the company and was not just doing her job. Which played into my desire to learn more about the company. In the end, I was hired! She congratulated me and has periodically followed up on my progress. Good decision thus far!

Interview process was a bit longer due to the holidays.
