Pros

Having chances to collaborate with teammates even though we are all remote. Still a solid culture just not in the SDR department.

Cons

Churn and burn designed KPI's assigned to SDRs that don't prove results in building a solid pipeline. A big disparity with territories, but the whole team has the same quota. The best areas for business development based on industry count aren't split fairly. It is no wonder that out of a team of about 10 only 2 consistently hit quota.

Pros

- Remote - Good sdr pay - Team is supportive - Product has a stable place in the market and customers like it

Cons

- Fully outbound other than event leads - No real team culture unfortunately but that is tough remote - No growth path, you must force it or get lucky - Crowded market - Expectation for AI to be used on everything
