Pros

Canopy has a genuinely supportive culture that you don't find at many tech companies. The People team goes above and beyond to make employees feel valued—from wellness events like benefits fairs to amazing community initiatives like partnering with local organizations. The work-life balance is well-respected, communication on Slack is transparent, and leadership genuinely cares about the team's well-being. Plus, the people you work with every day are incredibly collaborative and helpful.

Cons

Like any growing tech/SaaS company, priorities can shift quickly and you have to be adaptable to change.

The culture is highly collaborative with a real focus on work-life balance and excellent hybrid flexibility. You are given the autonomy to stretch your skills, take on massive ownership, and directly impact a great product while fast-tracking your career. Canopy is a great place to work!

Cons

The hybrid schedule can be an adjustment at first, however once in a routine I enjoy the schedule.
