Pros
Open doors throughout the company. No door or ear is shut to you or your needs. Everyone from top to floor listens with full attention and no judgment. You actually feel like a member of the family and as such come the pains. No relationship is perfect, thus you have your disapprovals and dissatisfaction but Canon listen and works with you openly, loyally, trustingly.
Cons
Slow in adapting to new trends, Canon puts a lot of time, effort, and money into adapting to ideas or trends. They just don't jump into something without first considering all aspects or outcomes.
