      - No training opportunity for non-managers - Long tenure of people means aging staff, slow pace and reactivity, and limited carreer progression opportunities - Slow company, not forward thinking and innovative

      Pros

      I had a very positive internship experience, Canon really values their interns and lets them do all sorts of special projects. All employees are super kind and I would love to return there full time if there is an opportunity available.

      Must drive to Melville (no train station in walking distance)
