If I weren’t on the spectrum this job would have been perfect for me but the way the floor manager treated me was absolutely terrible. Please do not work here if you’re neurodivergent. THEY WILL NOT BE KIND TO YOU. I was very clear that my memory isn’t always great and I may need more time with the training. I was told that is fine, and then basically called stupid because I couldn’t remember the house dressing, but remembered nearly everything else. I have difficulty remembering things if I’m not using them. They will talk to you like dirt and expect you to deal with it and if you don’t they will manipulate you into feeling like you’re the problem. Do not work here.
