Extremely sexist and toxic bro culture. Ownership doesn't know anything that's happening and lets laughably terrible management ruin what could be great. They say they're a start-up and don't know what they're doing and they need your help, but when you try to help they take it as a personal insult. No chance to advance in the company. No one is safe. Not at all the fun chill place they pretend to be.
