Divide between FOH and BOH which can be very polarizing. One waitress never spoke to me for more than a sentence for the entire time I worked there. Some servers certainly believe they are better/smarter than anyone else which if you were to talk about socioeconomic conditions in India they would probably wouldn't feel like the smartest person in the room.
