Pros
There is a lot of support, regular staff meetings, sharing cases, collaborating and problem solving as a group.
Cons
As is the case with most jobs in dog training, it's mix of working as a team, and independently. Some individuals may find it lonely, or too collaborative. While I think it's a nice mix at CBS, dog training at a company isn't for everyone.
