None. It was a good company.

There are no pros to working here

Pretty much everything. Work environment is chaotic. All office employees work in one room that is also receiving for trucks. There is no climate control in the plants so in the summer it can be at least 100 out there. Employees are not valued, even though the company likes to pretend they are a "family". One of the fakest places I've ever worked. COO treats everyone like garbage.
