Amazing managers who are willing to teach you everything there is to know about property management if you take the initiative to learn.

Inconsistent policies and strategies. Rules and techniques change week to week. Lack of communication down the chain of command line. Lots of tasks past down that could be eliminated if everyone was on the same page and didn't look to first point fingers.

-Pay is consistently a little above average -Rental properties look great and include plenty of amenities

-Corporate is consistently unable to meet the needs of their respective properties -Because company policies and strategies are reactive instead of proactive, employees at all levels are constantly "putting out fires" -Company policies take advantage of tenants instead of working with them to make them happy. Best example of this is that the company refuses to accept partial payments from tenants and so many tenants are sent to collections for "not paying rent" even though they were completely willing to do so
