Pros
The pros are that when you find favor with the boss ( which I did) he offers you "amazing" employment opportunities... or so he advertises. I came to find out he was making more than double what he was giving me off me, and when I asked for a raise, he said he cannot because he needs to make his "$5 margins, and that he is already only making $4" on me. I guess the pro is that you can have contact with the CEO directly
Cons
Too many to list, but to list a few, the management is terrible, there is an extremely high turnover rate, you get the feeling that you are just a number
