Pros
I worked at this company for over three years and had mixed experiences. On the positive side, the company used to provide free lunch and hosted regular company dinners, which created a sense of camaraderie.
Cons
However, there were several downsides. At 5 AM, managers would often require employees to shovel snow at the entrance, and once the store opened, there were frequent requests to pick up litter around the parking lot. The work environment felt toxic at times, with a noticeable sense of favoritism and bias. It appeared that advancement within the company was largely dependent on whether you had the right connections with management, rather than performance or merit. Unfortunately, my interactions with senior staff, including the Dealer, HR, and General Manager, left much to be desired, as I felt they were ineffective and unprofessional. Overall, while the job had its perks, the negative aspects of the company culture made it difficult to stay long-term.
