Pros

1. Great work life balance 2. Management cares about the well being of employees both professionally and personally 3. Management believes in learning and growth so there are opportunities for further education 4. Good benefits for employees 5. Built of a structure of coaching, which helps every person grow within the organization. 6. Friendly, welcoming , diverse and fun group of staff members 7. Small team allows you to learn outside of your scope which is a great opportunity to expand skillset and knowledge that you usually don't get in larger organizations. 8. Believes in staff values and uses it to build on activities to build staff relationships within and among the teams (also have an amazing staff retreat and monthly staff meetings) 9. Great work perks throughout the year (e.g. time off)

Cons

With a small ambitious team, sometimes work loads can be heavy however, the CCA has great leaders and team members that are always willing to help lend a hand!

Pros

My experience working for the CCA was great - it is a very collaborative and innovative organization! I had the opportunity to advance within the company over the years and to play a significant role leading a number of major projects. The team celebrates big wins together and management invests heavily in continuing education for staff. I always felt supported by my manager and she was a wonderful mentor to me. Management also invested in a fantastic annual staff retreat and ongoing monthly staff meetings, where the entire team was encouraged to participate and share ideas. I enjoyed working with such a great team and made some lifelong friends here.

Cons

As a small ambitious group, the work load can be heavy at times.
