Pros
Great culture/atmosphere. The people who are really happy here try to come together and have fun while becoming good friends. Between happy hours, company chili cook-offs, friendly office competitions, etc.. there are lots of opportunities and ways to get involved in the company and build friendships. There is a lot of change happening and more to come to better the company. This is beneficial to those that are hungry and eager to learn, grow and take on more responsibilities. The interview/onboarding process can seem lengthy and tedious, but it’s only so the company can make certain not only that you’re the right fit for Campos, but that that Campos is the right fit for you. The 9/80 work schedule (off every other Friday) is great. It gives you that day to get personal stuff taken care of or just have a break and a day off.
Cons
Throughout the company there is a lack in understanding the importance of marketing and brand management. Management can be hesitant to the idea of bringing in training from an outside source.
