They are completely unorganized internally. Their research project managers are disorganized and blame everyone but themselves for their ineffectiveness.. Also - you will not get paid hourly. You are paid per person that you recruit to participate. This rate can be as low as $8 per person. So for example, you could spend 5 hours making calls and earn $0. They expect you to spend hours making cold calls and suggest you recruit your own friends and family to participate in their studies. Their call list itself is full of disconnected or old numbers that they expect you to waste your own time sifting through as they have not cleaned it themselves.
