Pros
First and foremost, the people make Campaign Monitor the company it has been from the start and the company it is growing to be. Everyone is genuinely concerned with putting their best foot forward, challenging status quo, driving innovation and creativitiy, and delivering a kickass product and experience internally and externally. The company itself goes to great lengths to take care of employees and facilitate a community environment and place that people look forward to going to work. The employees are all incredibly talented and thoughtful and the output follows suit.
Even though the company is rapidly growing and expanding, there is a strong culture of openness, collaboration, and "create the change you want" -- one of our core values. Not a day goes by without a smile (or many) and work that I am proud to contribute to.
Everyone works hard, plays hard, and goes the extra mile to celebrate wins both big and small.
Cons
A lot of groups are newly formed so processes and kinks are still being worked out, but this opens up potential for a lot of contributions to be made and discussions to be had. Not really even a con -- makes working here more exciting!
