      Attentive, supportive higher ups When deserved, praise is regularly delivered to employees Generous compensation Very few negative people Frequent raises and promotions for those who deserve it

      Sometimes the generous time off leads to things getting dropped with frequent absences There can be jarring fluctuation between busy and not busy days
